Thought you might like to see this Common Dolphin photo. Bit of a mess this dorsal fin. Seen on an offshore trip from St Justinian's on the 14th August just north of Grassholm.

difficult to know the cause of the injury there are obviously tooth marks below the injury Which is possibly the result of what we call raking by another dolphin. On the other hand rake marks are quite usual in Common Dolphins actual injury caused by raking is pretty unusual.
