Strumble Diary 30/12/2016

Trying to catch the start of the ebb flow I arrived early to a relatively flat sea and very grey skies. Not perfect light by any means but I thought given the quiet sessions porp wise of late anything for the record would be better than nothing at all.  It turned out to be a short spell of action with a half dozen or so porps moving through over a period of twenty minutes or so. After that it was only sporadic and distant sightings with no Rissos or Commons showing during the session. Pleased to see on processing the images that there is a new not seen before marked porp with a very distinct notch behind the top of it's dorsal fin. I've highlighted this in the images below.
