Another day and another day of constant cloud, or so it seems as these cloudy days are just going on and on. At least it's dry I suppose but a little sunshine would cheer us all up I'm sure. So with grey heavy skies and the camera struggling to achieve focus at times I settled in for today's session. A single marked porpoise to start, a returner if I'm correct and I felt that was a good way to kick off the session. A short while later a large pod of commons perhaps forty strong came in from the west and slowly made their way past and on toward Fishguard Bay. The tide race was late forming and was not a strong affair but still attracted a good number of porpoise in to feed. I only saw one Tuna surfacing today as it no doubt chased Garfish close to the surface.
