with twenty one sightings over the outward and return surveys with 3 cetacean species including Harbour Porpoise, Risso's Dolphin and our first Minke Whale of the year.
Sea Conditions were pretty good for most of the survey but unusually the Minke was seen whilst off effort due to sea state going above our SS 3 limit. Luckily it was close to the ship was seen briefly by Nick (who was on his first trip with us) and Peter. Well done lads and thanks to all our friends at Stena Line once again!
