Killer or not Killer?

We heard yesterday of a possible killer whale eating a seal pup at Strumble. Orca's have been seen there in the past so it is quite possible. The only thing that seems a bit awry is that it was described as being  all dark where Killer Whales/ Orca's have very prominent white eye patches which should have been obvious.  Whilst we would in no way wish to denigrate the sighting It seems possible that the predator may have been a big shark. A very large Mako was washed up in North Wales last December and we have had a sighting of a porpoise being attacked by a shark  off Strumble during the summer. Either way it looks like it was some kind of Killer!
