We went out to the outer breakwater and the sea was choppy and murky with little signs of life . We could see Ian Hotchin out on his junk rigged yacht but little else. we had seen no dolphins in the bay since Saturday the tenth of October,11 days ago! We were resigned to the notion that they had gone. and having scanned around for a few minutes, headed back to the Ocean Lab.
Back there we found Ian had rang to say he had seen the dolphins in the bay! We rushed out again and just managed to see them heading off north across the bay heading out and away,
Not the greatest pic's and a bit frustrating we had missed them previously but thanks to Ian we know they are still about! Also nice to have Cristina with us for the day!
