Strumble Diary 09/05/2017

I arrived to find Cliff already on the action but mumbling away about the difficulty of getting them on camera. Even the seasoned pros struggle at times as we've seen over the years. So Cliff returned to the lab and left me to get on with it on this very sunny but hazy Strumble morning. As the race picked up so did the sightings but shooting them didn't get any easier at first. Lots of dash and splash as they ripped through the water chasing prey. Some were more obliging than others and in the end I did come away with a reasonable set of images ending the session with a group of three tight together which was a bonus as getting three on the surface at the same time this close together doesn't happen that often.
