Strumble Diary 07/04/2018

With very small tides but a beautiful afternoon after the mornings rain I wasn't expecting a large number of porps to show up. Indeed as I expected the numbers were low at around twelve-fifteen sightings in total for the session which for anywhere else would be a good number. The sightings were mainly distant and at all points of the compas with one or two animals just passing through close in. I did catch Cliff, Gita and Alexandra on the bridge wing of the ferry as they did the first ferry survey of spring but not such a good image due to the haze. Well it was nearly two miles away.
