Strumble day and night!

Loz' Brooks had these two Common Dolphins off Strumble yesterday afternoon  from their yacht, along with a calf.

Yesterday evening 1900 -2100 visited Strumble with Stephen and Tina Davies, and Fran Eggby. As the tide began to make odd porpoises began to appear including a female with a shadowing small calf, followed closely by what was presumably a male as the tide strengthened more porpoises started to appear.
Seemingly from nowhere, a pod of around half a dozen Common Dolphins turned up in the centre of our view about a mile out. They dithered about for a few minutes and the headed off to the north east.... A lovely way to cool down at the end of the day!
