Loads of Bottles with the RNLI out on the breakwater!

We (Sea Trust) were invited to help out with the Fishguard RNLI fundraising day out on the Northern Breakwater, Fishguard Harbour today. It was obviously popular with the locals and not long after we had set up out there, a steady stream of people were passing by and chatting with us.

The general topic of conversation went something like, "Have you seen anything yet?", "No nothing yet" "Oh , we saw lots of Dolphins here last year!" To be honest after the big overnight storm, I was not feeling confident but it was nice meeting several people i know and like and also chatting wit interested and interesting strangers.
And then completely out of the blue (literally) there seemed to be several groups of Dolphins converging on us.
As they got closer, they became more obvious and easier to see and soon everybody could see them, there were kids squealing with delight. Mums, dads, grannies and Grandads all pointing and shouting "Over there, look its, by that bouy! No over there!" ...
And so we had over an hour of Bottlenose Dolphins entertaining scores of people, a lovely day out!

I tried to post some video but this platform woyuld not support it so if you want to see it click on this link! https://www.facebook.com/groups/545573509378069/?multi_permalinks=1335749620360450&notif_id=1692474587228306&notif_t=feedback_reaction_generic&ref=notif
