Strumble Diary 03/03/2021

A good strong blow from the west gave swells up to 15ft with some a bit higher out beyond the tide race. A reasonable start with three Porpoise sighted in the first 15mins of the survey. A bit quiet for the following half hour but then six sightings shortly after that. That's how it was being a bit hit and miss for the rest rest of the sesion. Lovely to see the Manx Sheerwaters back as well as several Fulmars +  100's Gannets passing with Auks and Kittywakes in high numbers too. All in all a reasonable session with an estimate of 12-15 porpise over the two hour watch.
