Wednesday 23rd October
On Day 1 of the Cetacean WOW Course the class visited Ramsey Sound this afterenoon to practice the ID skills they had learned at the college in the morning.
It was a sunny afternoon with a stiff south westerly breeze and lots of glare, nonetheless, they still spotted porpoises at the southern end of Ramey Sound
At least 6 animals were showing in the big waves of the ebbing tide race, all in all an Excellent result.
Cheers
