Prior to the storm which has battered the Llyn Peninsula in the last 24 hours, I went for a walk at Porth Dinllaen in the bay by the golf I counted 6 Dolphin, 4 large 2 small. Over the next quarter of an hour we watched as the appeared around the bay sometimes leaping out of the water, other times just showing their backs. 6 was the maximum I had in sight at one time, however other fins were seen in other parts of the bay so probably between 10 and 12 were present.
