Given that we have been getting good images of porpoises at Strumble from Ken for several months and only in the past week have we noticed any with significant fin damage, it is a little bit concerning. It may of course just be coincidence but these injuries although not life threatening show that these animals have received some kind of considerable trauma that had the wound been inflicted elsewhere could have been. So the puzzle is; what has caused these injuries, have other animals suffered worse and not survived, why now and will we see more?....
