Small Tides Low Sightings

A bright morning with good light and an onshore NNW wind meant there were ideal conditions for me at Strumble this morning. Pitty then that the porps didn't think likewise. I started my session just before the flood got going but with neap tides it wasn't as strong as normal. Five minutes in and the first sighting way off to the NNE about a mile or so and two porps making their way west. That was it for nearly an hour when a pair (probably the same ones) showed due north of the lookout at about a quarter mile or so. Another two or three sightings over the next 2 1/2 Hrs and that was about it. Quite slow compared to the past week but nevertheless a productive session.
