Strumble Diary 30/03/16

Thanks to high tide being at 12.20pm today I managed to get two sessions in. The first on the three hours leading up to high tide and again between 3-5pm on the ebb tide. The first session was very cold and the porps were too distant for anything but record images but were there. The second session was a lot warmer and joined by Cliff we saw several porps closer in feeding in the ebb tide race. With the small tides and no really strong flow the porps seem to be less in numbers than would otherwise be the case and it will be nice to see it the bigger tides bring more porps in.
