Today I had the pleasure of bringing one of Sea Trust's most generous supporters Mr John Rees and his daughter Rhiannon along on a survey down at the point. When we arrived Holly and Eva were already in place and were busy tracking several porpoise out in the tide race. The three of us settled in and were soon into the swing of things with both my guests getting totally into the business of spotting. The porpoise were very lively and not at all easy to track as they sped along on the chase for fish. The action lasted nearly the whole time we were there only easing as the tide race died away. Both enjoyed their time with our little porpoise friends and going by Eva's comments I think this is going to be a favourite location with our volunteers too. Other sightings of note were a pair of Rissos Dolphin seen from the car park before we left for the point.
