And So It Continues.
Another stunning day at Strumble with the low morning sun providing a comforting warmth in a very chilly NE wind. When I arrived close to low water there were a couple of groups of Commons feeding well out to the NW with a good number of attendant Gannets above. I watched them for over an hour as they edged further and further out. In between a couple of sightings of porpoise including a mother and calf gave another boost to my feeling of wellbeing in the still warming sunshine.
Then it was the turn of the Risso's to lead the show. Several animals moving up from the west very slowly and seemingly enjoying the day as much as I was. They soon split with the bigger animals moving out and four juveniles and one ever watchfull adult moving east accross my view. Another wonderful morning taking in Pembrokeshire's stunning marine wildlife.
