With a south-flowing tide past Wooltack Point yesterday (14/1) at around 1100, we were alerted by a cloud of Gannets to a large pod of 50+ (+) Common Dolphins. They came pretty close to the Point, but never crossed into Jack Sound itself. They were feeding actively, with several smaller groups joining and splitting off from the main pod. They moved slowly towards Skomer, and we lost sight of then around the Garland Stone.
