For a change conditions were excellent today. Light southerly winds and bright sunshine made for a glorious morning at Strumble. Big tides with the full moon so there was a very strong tide race running, but despite this a few brave porpoise moved up to feed off the lookout. The period of action was very short as I would have expected with them being pushed back beyond the lighthouse after 10 minutes or so. Enjoyable for sure but a few more porps would have been nice.
