What more could you want. The air full of the sound of young Chough churring away for the duration of my five hour survey and porpoise showing quite well all through my time there. Top that off with a pod of commons just as the session ended, although distant they put a nice finishing touch on the day. I was joined at 11am by Fran and the Thursday crew which put a lot of extra eyes on the water allowing for more sightings than I might have had on my own.
