A notification from Holly sent me off to the north breakwater late morning just as the ferry was entering the harbour. As I reached the end of the breakwater I could see at least one foraging for fish. I counted three animals but there may have been four, but hard to tell as they were far apart and rising very infrequently. I was there for an hour in which time two moved off toward Pen Anglas leaving a single animal bobbing up now and again. This one too eventually moved out a 1/4 mile or so toward Dinas Hd so I left them to it and made my way off the breakwater. As I was passing the old marine factory at the far end of the harbour, I noticed a good number of House Martins collecting mud from some puddles, so I had to stop didn't I. Enjoy the pics.
