Quiet day 07/03/16

This morning was bitterly cold and with the big tides and strong NE wind the porps decided to play very hard to get. I only had a short period of time there and didn't get any shots although I did see a few. This afternoon on the flooding tide was just marginally better with the wind having dropped slightly but still a very strong tide running. A couple of porps were there but feeding deep and not spending long at the surface. In these circumstances you never know where or when they'll surface so it's very hit and miss. As you can see below I did manage a couple of shots but then the light faded beyond that acceptable for decent images. The old bull seal put in an appearance too.
