Strumble Diary 16/6/16 am.

I arrived around 9.am to see lots of gannet activity at a distance in front of the lookout and off to the west. I'd guess at over a hundred wheeling and diving in the ebb tide. The porps were well offshore and with the choppy sea, hazy conditions and the distance it was hard to keep track or even see them at times. Feeding was vigourous with more dash and splash than anything else. A couple did come up the closer tide race but even these were hard to spot. On processing the images I did note a porp we've seen before with the damaged fin (see images below) but at that distance it's not the best shot ever.
